Our Bodyweight & Strength Training Classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance through intentional movement in a supportive, body-positive space.
No equipment? No problem. These classes focus on functional movement using your own body weight to improve endurance, flexibility, and total-body strength. Perfect for beginners, busy professionals, or anyone easing into fitness with care.
Ready to level up? Our strength classes incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, and other tools to help you tone, sculpt, and gain lean muscle. You’ll build strength from the inside out—without the intimidation of a traditional gym setting.
